Demon Reaper
My (late) entry for the 7 Day FPS Jam.
Story... sorta :
An army of demons have invaded the land, you are a demon reaper. Your goal is simple, kill every demon in the area to reclaim the villages and castles they occupied.
Goal and Controls :
Small sorta Quake style 3d shooter with 2 levels cause i didn't have much time to do more. You must kill every enemy in a level to complete it and move to the next one.
Controls :
- Use the mouse to aim
- Left Click to shoot your weapons
- WASD keys to move around
- Spacebar to jump
Music Credits :
Both music tracks are CC0 License from Opengameart.org and done by MintoDog :

Software Used :

A bit of a short and clunky one, but still i hope it'll be enjoyable enough. Have a good one, cheers :)

Fun lil game!. Gun play was simple but rlly satisfying with some good variety (especially the sounds, the AK felt veeery good).
It was short and the movement felt a little slow, but that could be because the enemies werent very close from eachother. Speeding up the movement would still be a nice, though. And a quick tutorial for it would help since i didnt even realize you could jump, lol.
BUT overall, nice game! I can see this being HELLa fun and addictive with a few Quality of Life touches along with some extra content
Thanks for giving my game a go GenyaDev :)
Yeah i didn’t have much time to pull off the level of polish i would have hoped during jam time so this one has a lot of shortcomings, so that’s why i didn’t manage to make a tutorial as well :(
The movement speed was somewhat of a compromise to avoid allowing players to reach some areas where you could go out of bounds but agreed that it should have been a bit faster considering the map size.
Glad you liked the gunplay still ^^
yeah, even if there's some missing stuff, i still had a very good time with it!! I even replayed it today for funsies, lol
This is so awesome! What engine did you use? It loads so fast!
Thanks HugBug, glad you liked it that much XD
The game runs on Godot 3.5, though i think it also loads so fast cause it’s very lighweight, so this might help with performance a bit ^^
