Radar Raiders
My entry for Mech Jam 5, small tps / fps arcade action with only 3 levels cause that's all i could manage to make in time with my work schedule. Hope y'all enjoy it, have fun :)

Story bit :
Signal was lost with a large cargo ship, it's up to the Radar Raiders team to investigate its last known location and find the stranded ship, collect any important data and engage any hostile targets there may be.

Simple, yet really enjoyable... Wish there were more levels because I beat all 3 levels. My favorite weapon is the laser canon. :)

Yeah i couldn’t manage to make more for the jam so that’s all there is :(

It made shooting enemies form far away much much easier. :)

The focus fix (when returning from alt tab) is effective in my case ;D thank you

Pfheew ! Good to know that the fix seems effective, cause for some reason i’ve had issues with mouse focus on web builds before. So now i have a potential workaround to try and avoid it XD
Hopefully that means the Laser was fun to use ( if a little bit OP still :p)

I loved the level design and graphics, as well as the variety in the missions. Big up to the flying vessel !

Thanks, i’m glad you’ve enjoyed the game dude, lets say this ones holds together with a bit less duck tape and messy code than Chaos Squad, which might also be why it’s way more optimized performance wise :p
I’ve wanted to have a dropship on the level start to give a bit more context on how your Mech gets transported to the levels, plus it is a tiny bit of reference to Dark forces 2 Jedi Knight where in some missions you had a ship drop you off and pick you up in some levels :D

Sadly i didn’t implement a way to adjust the volume as of the jam build, sorry about that inconvienience :(
I didn’t realized the music would be that loud compared to the rest when i made the build, not sure if it is allaowed to patch this during the voting period as well. If allowed i’ll adjust it for a more confortable experience.
